CHRC® (Chartered Human Resources Consultant)
Today HR Consulting is fast growing Profession. The global growth and trends has a greater influence on the growth of the HR Consultants. This programme, validated by senior HR consultants, provides participants with the critical knowledge, skills and techniques needed to perform the consulting role more effectively and meeting the clients / business goals.
The CHRC® designation is designed for human resource professionals who work as external consultants.
This program is designed to offer a good blend of theories and practice in the consulting of human resources to meet the growing demand for competent HR Consultants. The program provides an excellent forum for the participants to gain a better insight of every aspect of HR Management from senior HR consultants, who are conducting this program.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have some experience in consulting and qualification to be eligible for CHRC exam. These requirements are the following:
Bachelor degree or higher in HRM or its equivalent
5 years working experience in Human Resource Management of which at least 4 years at managerial level.
Agree to abide by the HRMCI Constitution and Code of Ethics.
Certification Assessment
In order to get certified, participants must complete education and experience requirements, and pass the HRMI certification exam successfully.
Certification Preparation Course
The program would be conducted in the English Language by one of HRMCI-Registered Educational Centers.
The has the qualifications necessary to offer this course. The course is delivered by certified HRMCI® instructors and has been carefully designed to achieve its goal.
